Gong Yoga Nidra

Service Description

Gong Yoga Nidra in the comfort of your home. Thick pads, bolsters, and neck supports for up to 4 participants, you just need blankets. If more people will be there, they should bring their own 'nest' materials to create a comfortable space for themselves to lay on during the sound bath. There should be enough space for 3 or 4 gongs as well as for everyone to lay comfortably. This is a 2 hour appointment including set up and take down time. There will be an extra travel fee if you are more than 30 minutes from Sisters. Please call, text, or email to schedule.
