Sauna and SoundBath

Enjoy 2 to 3 rounds in a wood fired sauna with steam and a cold shower. Room for up to four plus me, your fire tender and guide. I offer songs and keening with the shruti box and light snacks. Right now it's women only. 2 and a half to 3 hours total, including the sound bath after sauna. $200. Call or email to schedule.
