Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up your space we will begin at 6:30. Bring everything that you need to be comfortable. A thick pad to lay on is provided. Please bring a rolled up blanket or bolster for under your knees for optimal energy flow, a small towel for under your neck, a blanket in case you become cold, a cover for your eyes, and a water bottle or tea.
