Gong Meditation in the HarmonyHouse Dome!

Immerse yourself in sound where you can feel the frequency in the deepest parts of your body. The gongs help to easily create a meditative state where the brain emits healing theta waves. This practice will create a full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and calm to your whole being. ​ The HarmonyHouse Dome offers the opportunity to intimately experience the sounds of the gongs. This Gong Meditation will include breath and body awareness, and guided visualisation. You will simply be called upon to be present, listen, and allow stillness to wash over you.

You may lie down, perhaps get cozy with a camp pad, blanket, bolster under the knees, and a neck support. You will feel completely off-duty, as if getting ready for sleep. Your body and mind may slow down and rest as the gongs engage the brain's visual cortex, leading to incredible visualizations and restorative relaxation.
