In this state, the consequences of stress are reversed. Blood pressure and cortisol levels drop. The heart rate slows and the body begins the process of rejuvenation and healing. The benefits of entering this state on a regular basis are that the unpleasant symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, depression, addiction, and PTSD are reduced.

Gong Yoga Nidra

An ancient practice of NSDR (non sleep deep rest) using breath and body awareness techniques to help guide you to a state of non-doing, a highly regenerative state. Effortlessly release the struggling and striving to get somewhere and practice the art of doing nothing to arrive exactly where you want to be. The sounds and vibrations of the gongs during Yoga Nidra help to induce a hypnagogic state of receptivity. They direct and focus the mind’s attention and enhance visualization

This practice will create a full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and calm to your whole being.
